The new version of our capture solution for Sage 200 has been released. New functionality built into the latest version includes:
Reporting
For the first time, we have introduced reporting capabilities to Spindle Document Capture. The report allows you to quickly and easily identify missing documents such as proof of deliveries or purchase invoices. It will help you to keep track of documents with barcodes on that have not yet been scanned back in and are still outstanding. The report can be run against a document type, viewed on the screen and exported into Microsoft Excel for your convenience.
Integration into the Stock Control module
Improve control and traceability of your stock and materials with instant access to relevant documents directly in the Stock Control module of Sage 200. Capture and view documents against a stock item, Batch Number or Serial Number. You can attach and view Certificates of Conformity, quality control documentation, test certificates and other relevant documents. Relevant stock documents can also be accessed in SOP and POP areas when entering a new order.
Spindle Professional users will benefit from this integration by automatically attaching certificates and other relevant documents to outgoing Despatch Notes.
Streamlined installation
The sever install of Spindle Document Capture has been simplified and automated. Adding users manually to SQL server is not required with this version.
