We're exhibiting at Sage Summit in Johannesburg

We're sponsoring the Sage Summit tour in Johannesburg, South Africa on 7 - 9th March 2017. As part of the Sage Summit tour, a series of global events for businesses of all sizes, this is a must attend event for thought leadership, inspiration and learning. 

With over 1,200 partners and customers coming together from across Africa, it will be an opportunity for Draycir to showcase our Sage Certified document management solutions for Sage X3 and Sage 300. During the event, Draycir will be exhibiting as a Silver Sponsor on the show floor with Draycir Partner Manager, Zoë Young on the stand to speak to partners and customers.

Many African-based businesses, both small and large, across many different industries have already benefited from improved document management processes including Nando's, Avon Rubber, More Asphalt, SMIT Amandla Marine, Namaqua Wines SA, Vodacom, Crest Chemicals and many more.

Leading supplier of premix asphalt in the Western Cape, More Asphalt (pty) Ltd were looking for a way to improve document management pricesses and communicate more effectively with their customers and quickly saw the benefits. Lenie Geldenhuys, Accountant at More Asphalt said: "Ten minutes into the demo we immediately saw the potential benefits and cost savings". They have now saved at least 8 man-hours a week in processing documents and are able to quickly respond to customer queries as invoices and statements are automatically archived in CRM.

SMIT Amandla, a specialist marine services company based in South Africa have also gained significant benefits and have improved many of their processes. Peet Reyneke, Chief Accountant of SMIT Amandla Marine, said "The more we use it, the more we find ways of automating existing procedures".

Spindle Document Distribution enables businesses to streamline their document management processes to achieve a significant reduction in administration and stationery costs. It will allow users to automate the distribution and archiving of business documents – including invoices, statements, remittance advices, purchase orders and many more. Documents can be batch-emailed from Sage X3 and Sage 300, additional documents can be attached and sent to multiple contacts as well as having many other flexible features to benefit businesses. The software has recently passed Sage X3 solution certification testing to validate its seamless integration to offer expanded functionality as a document management add-on.
